Aztec Research Topics
Each group (Aztec) will be further divided into smaller expert groups that are responsible for a portion of the research for their civilization. Students will work with one or two other students in each expert group. Students must cover the topics listed below for their expert group and be prepared to share the information they gathered through their research with the class in a short presentation, using an informal poster and other visual aids.

Religion, Ceremonies, Rituals, Gods & Goddesses, Temples, Laws, Class Structure

Group 2
Family Life, Children, Food, Farming (crops and techniques), Medicine, Clothing, Jewelry

Group 3
Shelter, Architecture, Arts, Crafts, Music, Games, Communication, Astronomy, Math, Trade, Great Cities

Group 4
Geography, Natural Resources, Climate, Time Line, Map, Archaeological Sites, Ruins, Monuments

Group 5
Expansion of Civilization, Conquests, War, Battle Techniques, Decline of Civilization
