    Essay: Although border walls are not a new thing, they have been on the increase since the year 2000. Do you think that border walls are ever justified, and if so, in what circumstances? If not, why not?

    Use details from the videos and handouts to make your case. Due Thursday at beginning of class.
    Class time to complete writing assignment from Tuesday. Essay is due tomorrow. Choosing three current events. Students will watch short videos about various topics, and then select four current events to study as we wrap up the year. Topics include:
