I highly encourage all 8th grade students to attend Freshman Orientation Night at UHS beginning at 7 PM this Thursday night. You will meet alphabetically by counselor for a presentation on UHS requirements, curriculum, and the registration process. You will then have the opportunity to go to the Commons for a curricular showcase by UHS Departments and displays of UHS clubs and organizations.

For example, when we discuss interviewing, discuss your interviewing experiences with your student. Share your mistakes (we all make them!) and successes.
