Who Is Ms. Kron?

Hi! I'm Ms. Kron, your student's ESL Social Studies teacher. I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Social Studies. Both my BA in Spanish education and my MA in TESOL are from the University of Illinos. My interests include walking, reading, many Illini spectator sports, dogs, crossword/sukoku puzzles, music, and of course, family and friends.

I am in my 34th and final year teaching in the Urbana School District. Before joining UMS in 1984, I taught at UHS for one year and at M. L. King, Jr. Elem. School for 7 years. I consider it an honor to have spent so much time at UMS, a fantastic school with knowledgeable, creative, dedicated teachers and curious, vivacious students.

Please feel free to contact me at any time by email or by phone.

I'm looking forward to having a great year with my students!

Ms. Kron
